Sales at 18.
My career began in sales. In May 2020, I joined Zak Rawson and Selling to Closing as the first sales rep.
Father. Sales leader. S2C partner.
I’m Andrey Kupchenko, a partner at Selling To Closing. I went from the company’s first sales rep to building, managing, and scaling sales teams—from $0 to $1,000,000 per month in the information-product space.

01 / My story
I was born in Belts, Moldova—one of Europe’s poorest countries. When I was two, I moved to Tacoma, Washington. I didn’t choose where my story started. But I’ve always believed I could have a say in where it went.
Long before I had sales numbers or teams to point to, I had faith that I would make it here. Not because I knew exactly how it would happen. Because I believed my starting point didn’t have to decide my future.
But belief only means something if you’re willing to back it up.
For me, that meant taking risks and working hard. Moving toward an opportunity without a guarantee. Being willing to start, put in the work, and earn the result instead of waiting until the outcome felt certain.
Sales became the place where that belief had to turn into action. Ambition was one thing. Learning how to close was another. I had to build a skill that could produce a result—not just talk about the future I wanted.
Then, in May 2020, I joined Zak Rawson and Selling To Closing as the company’s first sales rep. That’s where my S2C story began. Not as a partner. Not managing a roster of teams. As the person doing the closing.
I spent the next three years closing sales. That part of the journey matters to me. Before I moved into building teams, I did the work myself. My foundation wasn’t a title. It was time spent in the role.
Closing was one chapter. Building teams became the next.
The challenge changed: from what I could produce as an individual to what we could accomplish as a team. It was another step forward without a guaranteed outcome—and another reason to back my belief with work.
Since then, I’ve managed more than 10 sales teams and successfully built and scaled teams from $0 to $1,000,000 per month in the information-product space.
Those numbers are part of my story. But so is the progression behind them: starting in sales at 18, becoming S2C’s first rep, spending three years closing, and then stepping into building and leading teams.
Today, I’m a partner at Selling To Closing. The company I joined as its first sales rep is the company I’m now helping build. My personal journey and S2C’s story are connected—and I’m proud of that.
I’m also a father. I live in Odessa, Florida. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor adventures and days out on the ocean.
That belongs in the story, too. I’m not just a sales number, a title, or the teams I’ve managed. I’m someone who came from Moldova, grew up in Tacoma, and kept believing there was a future worth working for.
I’ve always had faith I could make it. The risks and the hard work are how I’ve backed that faith.

02 / My work at S2C
I’m a partner at Selling To Closing—the company I joined as its first sales rep in May 2020. It’s where I’ve grown from closing sales myself to helping build teams that win together.
What S2C does: we provide done-for-you sales management—not sales training. S2C’s vision is to build the most profitable sales teams and the best home for sales reps in the world. Its values—results, extreme ownership, consistent excellence, integrity, and team spirit—are the principles behind the work.

03 / A recommendation
Sales is a craft you keep sharpening. If you’re looking for structured practice and coaching without a high-ticket commitment, my recommendation is Matt Ryder’s sales training community on Skool.
The program’s page currently lists a $69/month membership with a 7-day free trial, plus 30 live coaching sessions a week, an AI script-writing tool, an eight-week objection-handling course, and modules covering B2B and complex B2C sales, storytelling, and sales management.
Training is a resource, not a guarantee of results. Pricing, trial terms, and what’s included can change, so check the current details before joining.

A note on the difference: this is sales training for individuals who want to develop their skills. Selling To Closing is separate: S2C provides done-for-you sales management for businesses; it does not provide sales training.
